TERMS OF SALE

All purchases made through the Site are governed by the terms of sale posted at the time of purchase. By placing an order or accepting delivery, you agree to be bound by those terms. STONEGEMS reserves the right to modify the terms of sale at any time without prior notice.

Natural Stone Disclosure

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Natural stone is a product of nature and may contain inherent variations in color, shade, texture, dimensions, veining, fissures, pitting, voids, and geological markings. These characteristics are natural, expected, and part of the stone’s unique beauty and do not affect its structural integrity or performance.

All natural stones are composed of mixed minerals and are not 100% of any single stone type. Natural stone may be susceptible to staining and etching. Customers are provided the opportunity to inspect slabs prior to purchase and approve their condition.

STONEGEMS is not responsible for determining the number of slabs required for a project. All slab sales are final. Slabs may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including images, photographs, text, graphics, designs, layouts, software, and code (collectively, the “Materials”)—is owned by STONEGEMS or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, display, or otherwise use any Materials for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission from STONEGEMS. All trademarks, logos, trade names, and branding elements appearing on the Site are the property of STONEGEMS unless otherwise noted.
